Read and Reviewed
I am a cookbook addict. Fact.
Confession now over, I will admit that I'm not about to give up on the addiction either. I must have hundreds of recipe and food related books spanning the decades. Some I have owned from way back, others are brand new additions and there also some very interesting old ones, gained from secondhand book shop finds.
I obviously like to cook from them but they also give me reading pleasure whilst curled up on the sofa. Sometimes I may not follow the recipes to the letter but they are always a source of inspiration.
To justify my cookbook neediness, I am now reviewing the books. After analysing their contents I will make several dishes to give a full test and appraisal.
If there are any publishers out there who would like me to carry out any reviews, I would be more than happy to do so. Just drop me an email and we can go from there.
